Please Select a Date and Time slot for your booking, although we try to keep to your time allocation sometimes there might be a short wait at busy times.
A maximum visit time with Father Christmas will be limited to 5 minutes per group.
Limited to 4 Children's Tickets per time slot. If you require more than 4 tickets please book multiple time slots.
Each Child will receive an age appropriate, small Gift from Father Christmas.

Are tickets refundable?

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access my tickets?

The tickets will be emailed to you via a QR code. On arrival an Elf will scan your ticket for entry. We can also check bookings manually on the door. Any issues finding your tickets please email us via the contact details at the bottom.

Accessibility?

The Grotto is fully accessible for Wheelchair users. Both the entrance and exit have a ramp and the queue system is on flat ground. Push chairs are also permitted in the Grotto. If anyone in your group has special requirements please let an Elf know upon arrival at the grotto.

I'm an Adult do i require a ticket?

No! Adults are not required to purchase a ticket when visiting with a paid child. However if an adult wishes to visit without a child you are able to purchase a ticket. (Non paying adults will not receive a gift from Santa)

Will photos be taken of the visit with Santa?

Yes! When you visit your group can pose for a professional photo. These are avalible to buy in the gift shop when exiting the grotto. Package details can be found under 'photo packages' and these can be added when purchasing your tickets. Should you wish to take your own photo this is also permitted. Please check your photos before leaving the grotto, as all photo packages are non refundable. Re-admittance isn't allowed unless you book another visit.

Do we receive a gift on our visit?

Yes! All paying guests receive a Small gift from Santa, which will be age appropriate.

I would like to book a school/ Pre school visit is that possible?

Yes! to book a large group please contact joey@santasgrottoexpirence.co.uk for all information and booking details.

Can I pay on the day?

Yes! Although booking is highly recommended, you can purchase tickets and photo packaged with Card payment or Cash.

Can my child sit on Santa's Knee?

Due to health and safety unfortunately we are unable to allow children to sit on Santa's lap or hold small babies.
